Samuel Saenz

Sam Saenz, January 23, 1958-September 22, 2019 died Sunday peacefully at his home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 29 yrs. Sylvia Saenz along with his 8 children and 23 grandchildren. Daughter Felicia Saenz and her children Darren Wilkie Jr., Cynthia, Stephanie, and Yalyna Grajeda. Daughter Juanita Saenz-Plascencia and her children Ruben, Ysceli, and Lilya Plascencia. Son Sam Saenz Jr. and his children Ashley & Damien Saenz. Son Richard Saenz and his children Richard, Xavier, Mario, and Kamille Saenz. Son Luis Briseño and his children Julian & Josclyn Briseño. Son Jose Garcia and his children Kevin, Jose, and Nayla Garcia. Son Rudolpho Saenz and his children Kamea, Eric, and Samantha Saenz. Son Alejandro Saenz and his children Alexis & Alejandro Saenz Jr.

Sam was the second oldest of his siblings. He precedes his brother was Rudolpho P. Saenz Jr., and shared a birthday with his little sister Susan De Avila. Sam was a security guard for most of his life before becoming a cook at the local hospital. Sam loved his family and was an avid Oakland Raider fan that loved to watch football. Sam will be greatly missed and forever be in our hearts.
