On April 12, 2021, our precious "Tata" Ernest Welber passed away in Stockton, California, age 62. Ernest came to America in the year 2000 from Micronesia; he immediately started working for Walmart. There he met his beloved "honey" Gloria Welber; They were married for 15 years. Ernest enjoyed being outside; it didn't matter where as long as his honey was by his side. He would often reminisce about his homeland Micronesia, enjoyed music, going to the beach, taking photographs, and spending time with family. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Welber; step-children Cristoffer, Vilma, and Lina; grandchildren Kaleb, Jenille, and Annabelle; his brother, Johna Welber and sisters; Betty Stampson and Martha Conrad. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and an extensive extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents Dier and Eliza Welber.
The funeral service will occur at Stockton Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 640 N California Street Stockton, Ca 95202, on April 20 at 10 am. Burial will be right after service at Stockton Rural Cemetery located at 2350 Cemetery Lane in Stockton, CA 954204. If sending flowers, please send them to the funeral home.
